Different spaces, different priorities
A shop entrance collects outside dirt; a showroom needs a presentable display area; a studio has a timetable that can leave short cleaning windows between sessions. A commercial cleaning plan should reflect how people move through the premises, not simply its floor area.
We welcome enquiries for shops, showrooms, studios, gyms and shared commercial areas. Describe the business, the surfaces involved and any areas that require specialist attention. We will confirm which tasks can be included.
Areas to discuss
- Entrances, reception areas and customer walkways.
- Accessible display surfaces, mirrors and internal glass.
- Suitable routine care for hard floors and carpet.
- Staff kitchens, bathrooms and break areas.
- Bins and agreed waste or recycling arrangements.
- Periodic detail cleaning around edges and less accessible areas.
High-level work, specialist machinery, exterior glass and sensitive stock should be discussed separately. Keep the approved scope clear so routine cleaning does not interfere with displays or equipment.
Plan around opening hours
Let us know opening and closing times, delivery periods and any classes or appointments. Cleaning while customers are present requires different arrangements from cleaning an empty premises. Access, wet-floor management and the areas available for cleaning should be agreed before work begins.
For shared facilities, identify which spaces are your responsibility and which are managed by a landlord or body corporate. This avoids paying for work already covered by another contract.
Make the quote specific
Provide photos or a simple floor plan, your suburb, approximate floor area and the number of bathrooms. List any floor or display materials with special care instructions. Tell us whether the enquiry is for a regular schedule or a one-off refresh.
For jobs beyond day-to-day cleaning, explore commercial deep cleaning or carpet and floor care.
