Start with the outcome you need
A deep clean should be defined by specific tasks, not by the label alone. You might want to prepare a space for new staff, refresh a workplace after a busy period or clean areas left out of routine visits. List those priorities so the quote addresses the actual problem.
We welcome enquiries for one-off commercial refreshes and tenancy cleans. Tell us the condition of the premises, the date you need the work completed and whether other trades or removal work are involved.
Tasks that can be discussed
- More detailed kitchen and washroom cleaning.
- Accessible internal glass, mirrors and window surfaces.
- Edges, skirting and reachable ledges usually outside the regular scope.
- Detailed attention to reception, meeting and staff areas.
- Carpet or floor care assessed and itemised separately.
- Cleaning an emptied commercial tenancy within an agreed scope.
High access, exterior work, hazardous materials and specialist remediation are not assumed to be part of a standard deep clean. Discuss unusual conditions before requesting a quote.
Coordinate the clean with other work
A tenancy clean is easiest to scope when it is clear which furniture remains, who removes waste and when contractors finish. Cleaning too early can mean areas need doing again. Agree a suitable sequence and tell us if access or completion dates change.
Photographs are useful, especially for a premises that has not been cleaned recently. They help identify where a site assessment may be needed instead of a quote based only on floor area.
Decide what belongs in the written scope
Specify rooms, surfaces and the level of detail required. Include any appliance interiors, interior windows, cupboards or furniture movement you expect. Clarify who provides access and which areas need to remain available during the work.
If you also need ongoing care, explore regular office cleaning. Our quote comparison guide explains how to separate one-off work from regular tasks.
Questions about this service
Does a deep clean include everything on site?
No. The tasks and exclusions should be agreed before work begins. List any specific items you expect rather than assuming they are covered.
Can I request a tenancy clean?
Yes. Tell us whether it is a commercial tenancy, what remains in the space and any cleaning instructions from the property manager. Acceptance depends on the scope and availability.
Can I book at short notice?
Send the required date with your enquiry. We will confirm availability; an enquiry alone does not reserve a time.
