Make customer-facing areas a priority

Commercial premises combine public areas, staff facilities and spaces behind the scenes. A showroom may need attention around displays; a studio may have short gaps between sessions; a shop may have busy entrances and delivery periods. Describe how your premises is used so we can discuss a suitable plan.

  • Accessible counters, mirrors and internal glass.
  • Routine carpet vacuuming and suitable hard-floor cleaning.
  • Staff kitchens, bathrooms and break areas.
  • Bins and recycling within the agreed responsibility.

Protect stock and equipment

Identify fragile displays, sensitive equipment and restricted rooms. Agree what may be moved and which surfaces are accessible. Specialist machinery, high-level work and unusual environments require a separate assessment; they are not automatically included in general commercial cleaning.

Coordinate with your business hours

Tell us about opening times, classes, appointments, deliveries and staff access. Agree whether cleaning takes place in an empty building or alongside normal operations, including arrangements for wet floors and temporary access restrictions. For shared premises, clarify which areas belong to your business and which are maintained by the landlord.

Specify the service you need

An ongoing contract and a one-off clean require different planning. Share the premises type, approximate size, starting condition and priority tasks. Where relevant, add deep cleaning or carpet and floor care as separately quoted work.

Long-term cleaning contract offer

Sign a qualifying long-term cleaning contract and receive 50% off the agreed regular cleaning price for your first two months. Standard agreed pricing applies from month three. Contract length, tasks, visit frequency and offer terms are confirmed in your written quote and contract. One-off work is quoted separately.
