A deep clean is useful when preparing a workplace for occupation, refreshing areas after a busy period or attending to tasks outside a recurring schedule. The term alone does not define what is included. Identify the rooms, surfaces and starting condition so the scope matches your needs.

  • Detailed cleaning of agreed kitchen and washroom surfaces.
  • Accessible internal glass, mirrors and reachable ledges.
  • Skirting, edges and areas omitted from routine visits.
  • Reception, meeting and staff areas requiring additional detail.
  • Commercial tenancy cleaning with furniture and access arrangements confirmed.

Arrange the sequence of work

Tell us when other trades, deliveries or removals finish. Cleaning before dusty work is complete may mean tasks need repeating. Identify who removes waste, what furniture remains and which areas must stay usable during the clean. Changes to access or completion dates should be discussed before attendance.

Clarify exclusions and specialist tasks

Appliance interiors, cupboard interiors, furniture movement, carpet work and floor treatments should be named explicitly if required. High access, hazardous materials and specialist remediation are not assumed to be included. Unusual conditions need assessment before the job is accepted.

Prepare your enquiry

Send photographs, your exact location, approximate floor area and desired date. Highlight the tasks that matter most and any instructions from your landlord or property manager. An enquiry does not reserve a slot; scope and availability must be confirmed.

Sign a qualifying long-term cleaning contract and receive 50% off the agreed regular cleaning price for your first two months. Standard agreed pricing applies from month three. Contract length, tasks, visit frequency and offer terms are confirmed in your written quote and contract. One-off work is quoted separately.
