Start with the parts of your office that see the most activity. Shared kitchens, toilets and reception areas often need a different frequency from quiet meeting rooms. We discuss the rooms, approximate occupancy and working pattern before agreeing a recurring plan.

  • Work areas: accessible surfaces and shared touchpoints, with clear instructions for paperwork and equipment.
  • Meeting rooms and reception: tables, accessible surfaces and floors.
  • Kitchens and washrooms: agreed benches, sinks, toilets, mirrors and floors.
  • Bins and recycling: agreed collection points, liners and disposal arrangements.
  • Floors: routine vacuuming and suitable hard-floor cleaning.

Arrange access before the first visit

Tell us your preferred cleaning window, including whether you need early morning, evening or weekend attendance. Availability is confirmed before booking. Agree who provides keys, alarm instructions, parking and final lock-up. Sensitive rooms and items that must stay untouched should be identified in advance.

Keep routine and periodic tasks separate

Carpet extraction, appliance interiors and detailed internal glass are different from routine visits. Include them as separate items when needed. The quote should state who supplies consumables, which rooms are covered and how additional requests are approved.

Long-term cleaning contract offer

Sign a qualifying long-term cleaning contract and receive 50% off the agreed regular cleaning price for your first two months. Standard agreed pricing applies from month three. Contract length, tasks, visit frequency and offer terms are confirmed in your written quote and contract. One-off work is quoted separately.
