We review your location, premises type and requested tasks, then contact you to clarify the scope. Photographs or a site assessment may be needed before pricing. Availability, access arrangements and any travel charges are confirmed before a booking.
Your written quote should identify rooms, tasks, frequency, exclusions, consumables and any separately priced one-off work. Share a preferred start date, but wait for confirmation before treating attendance as booked.

Long-term cleaning contract offer
Sign a qualifying long-term cleaning contract and receive 50% off the agreed regular cleaning price for your first two months. Standard agreed pricing applies from month three. Contract length, tasks, visit frequency and offer terms are confirmed in your written quote and contract. One-off work is quoted separately.
