Plan around opening hours and everyday use

A workplace open to customers needs clear instructions for reception and public areas; an office may need more attention to shared kitchens and washrooms. Tell us when staff or customers are present, which rooms are most heavily used and which spaces are excluded.

If your entrance regularly collects grit or outside dirt, identify that in the scope so floor care and the visit frequency can be assessed. We assess the actual condition rather than assuming every coastal premises needs the same tasks.
