Build the scope around your office
An open-plan office, a meeting-heavy workplace and a small professional practice can need very different cleaning schedules. Start with the areas your staff and visitors use most, then agree which tasks belong in each visit and which need a separate periodic clean.
Our office cleaning enquiries cover individual offices, shared workspaces, reception areas and common facilities. Share your floor area, approximate occupancy and preferred cleaning times so we can discuss a plan for your premises.
What to include in an office cleaning plan
- Work areas: accessible desk surfaces and shared touchpoints, with instructions for paperwork and personal items.
- Floors: vacuuming carpet and suitable cleaning of hard floors, including reception and walkways.
- Meeting rooms: tables, accessible surfaces and floor care around the agreed room layout.
- Kitchens: benches, sinks and shared surfaces; appliance interiors can be scoped separately.
- Washrooms: toilets, basins, mirrors and floors within the agreed scope.
- Bins: emptying and liner arrangements, with recycling instructions specific to your site.
This is a planning checklist, not a promise that every task is included in every quote. The written scope should identify the rooms, surfaces, frequency and exclusions.
Choose a frequency that reflects use
Busy kitchens and washrooms may need attention more often than meeting rooms used occasionally. Daily, several-times-weekly and weekly schedules can be discussed. Tell us about hybrid working, peak days and any areas shared with other tenants.
For evening or early-morning access, agree how keys, alarms, locks and the final exit will be handled. Confirm what cleaners may move and which equipment or documents must remain untouched.
What affects your quote?
Floor area matters, but so do washroom numbers, kitchens, foot traffic, the amount of furniture and the tasks expected in each visit. Access, parking and lift arrangements can also change the time required. For useful comparisons, send every provider the same task list and ask whether consumables and periodic tasks are included.

Questions about this service
Can I request after-hours office cleaning?
Yes. Include your preferred days and times in your enquiry. Scheduling depends on availability and the access arrangements we agree with you.
Is carpet extraction included in regular cleaning?
Routine vacuuming and a specialist carpet clean are different tasks. Ask for specialist work to be itemised separately so its scope and timing are clear.
Can I request a small office clean?
Tell us the size, location and frequency you need. We will confirm availability and discuss a suitable scope rather than applying a single plan to every office.
